Worship Arts Convocation 2017
Please join us March 10-12, 2017, for the 2017 Worship Arts Convocation featuring special guest Major Danielle Strickland. The convocation will be most beneficial to music and arts leaders, corps officers, local officers and those leading worship in Salvation Army commands. We will focus on worship with artistic expressions such as instrumental/brass band, vocal/songsters, dance, drama, worship team, visual arts, media/tech, worship planning and prayer. Guitar Center Donation
Guitar Center has made a $5 million dollar donation to the Salvation Army in the United States. This donation has been divided up between the 4 territories to be distributed to the divisions. As you can see from the photo of just the Eastern Territory warehouse, sorting out this donation is a massive understaking. Doug Berry has been working hard to get it all sorted and to the divisions so that it can be used to benefit the music programs.

The premiere Singing Stars event was held at Star Lake Lodge in NJ, October 9 - 11, 2015. 40 young people, aged 13 -21 from across the Eastern Territory of the Salvation Army attended.
