It is with much regret that I send this communication that the Territorial Brass Convocation is cancelled.

Registration of delegates is not what we had anticipated and rather than hold an event that would not be up to expectations, we will cancel having learned a number of beneficial things through the process.

Regrets go to those who were planning to attend.
